CopiFynex Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and CopiFynex Technology Limited ("CopiFynex", "we", "us", or "the platform") and govern your access to and use of the CopiFynex website, mobile applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing the Services, or clicking to accept these Terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater), have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and are not prohibited from using the Services under any applicable law, sanctions program, or regulatory order. By opening an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

The Services are not available to residents of jurisdictions where copy trading or virtual asset platforms are restricted. The current list of restricted regions is published on our Regulatory Licenses page. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse, limit, or terminate access to the Services for users located in such jurisdictions or whose use raises legal or regulatory concerns.

3. Account Registration and Security

• Account credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your e-mail, password, two-factor authentication factors, and any API keys associated with your account. CopiFynex will never ask for your password outside the official login flow.
• One account per user. Each individual may maintain only one personal account unless we have authorised otherwise in writing.
• Identity verification (KYC). We may require identity, address, and source-of-funds verification before, during, or after onboarding. Failure to complete verification may result in account limitation, suspension, or closure.
• Notification duty. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access, credential loss, or suspected breach affecting your account.

4. Description of the Services

CopiFynex is a copy-trading platform that allows users to automatically replicate trading strategies executed by verified traders or algorithmic strategists on supported venues. CopiFynex is a technical service provider: we do not act as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, asset manager, or fiduciary, and no statement or metric on the platform constitutes a personal recommendation, solicitation, or offer.

Service availability, supported markets, instruments, and traders may change at any time. We may add, modify, or remove features or strategies in our reasonable discretion, including for security, regulatory, or operational reasons.

5. Copy Trading Mechanics and Disclosures

• Replicated execution. When you follow a trader, the platform replicates their qualifying trades on your account in proportion to your allocation, subject to slippage, latency, available liquidity, and exchange constraints. Replicated trades may differ from the source trade.
• Past performance. Historical performance shown on trader profiles is informational only and is not a promise, guarantee, or projection of future results. Markets are inherently uncertain.
• User selection. The decision to follow a particular trader, strategy, or instrument rests entirely with you. CopiFynex does not endorse, rank, or guarantee the integrity of any third-party strategy.
• Risk acknowledgement. You confirm that you have read and accepted our Risk Disclosure, including disclosures relating to volatility, leverage, liquidation, technological vulnerabilities, custody and counterparty risk, and total capital loss.

6. Fees, Deposits, and Withdrawals

The use of the Services is subject to platform, performance, and network fees as published on our fee schedule and on individual trader profiles. By placing trades or following a trader, you authorise the deduction of all applicable fees. Fees may be revised; material changes will be communicated in advance through the platform or by e-mail.

Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported payment rails and external networks. You are responsible for the accuracy of any wallet address, network selection, or banking detail you provide. Transactions submitted to the wrong network or address may be unrecoverable. Withdrawals may be delayed for compliance review or risk-control reasons.

7. Affiliate, Referral, and Promotional Programs

From time to time CopiFynex operates affiliate programs, referral schemes, contests, and promotional offers. These programs are governed by these Terms and by the specific program rules published at the time the program is launched. By participating, you agree to use only marketing materials and claims approved by CopiFynex, refrain from misleading or guaranteed-return statements, and comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws in the markets where you promote the Services.

8. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Services to engage in money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or any other illegal activity; manipulate markets; use scraping tools or unauthorised automation; misrepresent your identity; or interfere with the integrity or security of the Services.

9. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services, freeze pending transactions, or refuse a withdrawal request, in whole or in part, where we reasonably suspect a violation of these Terms, applicable law, or sanctions regimes, or where we are required to do so by a regulator, court, or law enforcement.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, logos, copy, analytics, and other content made available through the Services are owned by CopiFynex or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CopiFynex and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or trading losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States of America, and the federal laws of the United States applicable in Oklahoma.
