CopiFynex treats regulation as part of how the product is built, not a brand decoration. We hold registrations and approvals in jurisdictions covering virtual asset services, digital asset custody, and exchange activity, and we operate only where we are authorized to do so. Where activity is restricted by sanctions or local rules, we limit features or block access entirely.

The list below reflects the authorized footprint at the time of publication. Each entry is supervised by the named authority and carries ongoing reporting, AML, and consumer protection obligations. We update this page when our regulatory status changes.

Anti-money laundering checks

CopiFynex runs a global transaction-monitoring program that combines on-chain analytics with platform-side behavior signals. The program is risk-based and screens for unusual or suspicious activity in real time, both at deposit and during ongoing copy-trading flows.
